Ive been learning lately how much ongoing roof care really makes a difference, particularly for homes near the coast. Stuff like seasonal inspections along with spotting minor issues early seem to help a lot in avoiding costly repairs later on. I used to think roofs were more of a one-time thing, but weather and age definitely takes a toll as time goes on. Curious to hear how often people here get roof inspections and what signs they keep an eye out for.
